Once you have successfully applied to become a member, please allow up to 7 days for our team to process your application. This is due to the number of applications we receive. If accepted, you will receive email confirmation with your login details.

Due to the high volume of applications, we only email successful applicants. It could be that you were unsuccessful or you did not complete all sections accurately in order for your application to be considered.

Yes, you can still apply but you will need to contact us prior to applying. Please contact us using the form on our contact page.

Yes, Panache is a private members club so you must apply for membership to be able to come to our events. Click here to apply.

Members are not permitted to bring any guests. All those attending our events are approved members. If you would like to bring a friend, please ask them to apply online at

You must be a member. You will need to login to get access to the event page and purchase your ticket. Members are only entitled to purchase one ticket per event.

Purchases for tickets and tables to our events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. You must request the refund within the timeframe advised via email. Please contact the Panache team on Instagram for any queries regarding your ticket or table purchase.

All table booking are done via email so please email for any table enquiries. Purchasing a table does not allow you to bring a guest who is not a member.

We promote some of our events with a secret location to avoid non members turning up on the day of the event. Only members will have access to the event page with all the event information once logged in.

No, unfortunately you can not pay on the door at our events as we do not operate a cash on the door policy. You must purchase a ticket for entry.

Our events are always smart/casual. No sportswear tracksuits. Clean sportswear trainers and designer footwear allowed. For ladies, dresses and heels are preferred.

The minimum age is 18 years old.
